Biography

Dr. Maksym Plakhotnyuk is the Founder and CEO of ATLANT 3D, a pioneering deep-tech company developing an advanced platform for atomic-scale manufacturing. He is the inventor of the first-ever atomic layer advanced manufacturing technology, enabling the development of materials, devices, and microsystems with atomic-scale precision.

Maksym holds a Ph.D. in Nanotechnology and has deep expertise in nanotechnology, semiconductor processing, solid-state physics, materials science, and renewable technologies. A Fulbright Scholar, Hello Tomorrow Grand Winner, and proud Ukrainian, he has earned global recognition for his work in advancing next-generation manufacturing technologies.
